The current reigning ABL Finals MVP, Maxie Esho, has signed with the Taipei Fubon Braves! The seven-foot beast, Sim Bhullar, has been recently affected greatly by an injury and Maxie Esho is here to replace the big man. There is no doubt in mind that the reigning league MVP is going to have a huge impact on the Braves!

The Braves are currently in fourth place and fighting to make it up to the top with their current squad consisting of the import trio of ex-NBA star, O.J. Mayo, the big man Bhullar, and Charles Garcia. Now with the MVP joining their arsenal, the team undoubtedly looks unstoppable!

Maxie Esho’s achievements shows his experience in the league as he has played with the Saigon Heat and even won a championship with the Knights! His experience in this league will definitely have a big impact for the Braves as he will be able to be a vocal leader on the court and lead the team in scoring as he averages 22.4 points and 9.2 rebounds. Moreover, the MVP shot an astounding 42 percent from downtown last season to clinch the championship with the Knights.

With the 28-year-old American replacing Bhullar for the season, the rest of the league can expect to face an even faster, lethal and deadlier shooting Braves team this season. Esho has proven himself to be a threat on both ends of the floor especially with his versatility in guarding multiple positions due to his height and strength for his position.
